Le Grand-Massif ski area – Flaine, Les Carroz :



In the heart of the Haute Savoie region of France, midway between Geneva and Chamonix, is Flaine and the Grand Massif ski area – one of the biggest in France :

The ski area has over 130 pistes offering more than 260km of graded ski runs. 78 ski lifts provide quick and efficient access to the stunning area which rises up to an altitude of 2500 metres and provides stunning views of the Mont Blanc mountain range.

The slopes cater for all levels of winter sports enthusiasts and the snow record ensures that no-one will be disappointed. Three Jamparks have been created to please all levels – the Jampark in Flaine being the most technically challenging.

At an altitude of 1844 metres, Flaine’s cross country ski area is the highest and most snow-sure in the Alps. 17km of graded cross country ski runs pass through unique mountain scenery.

A 10km snowshoe walking track is maintained to provide access to high mountain forests and wildlife.
